My intention at Love, Tonya Wellness, is to provide a personalized course of action for each of my clients. You may be in a lot of pain and overwhelmed with life. You need a Mental Health Day. I’ll give you some gentle assisted stretching paired with relaxing bodywork. Then, if you have time, I’ll sit you in the sauna for a bit.
You may have this spot on your back that’s been killing you for weeks and you need me to dig my elbow into a trigger point for a bit. Or you may need 30 minutes of attention just on your hands and arms because they are so sore from typing on that computer all day. That’s what my Targeted Massages are all about.
You may be feeling so stiff and achy, but you know you need to move your body… you just need a little help. We can do some assisted stretching followed by getting in the mat and doing some CIRCL Mobility together. We’ll work together and get some relief and movement in our joints all while having a great time.
